In these one-on-one sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to reflect, process thoughts, or simply have company—no advice, no programs, no pressure. Sessions are 25 or 50 minutes and held over Zoom. You’re welcome to keep your camera on or off, whichever feels most comfortable.
Introductory Rates
25-minute session – $25
50-minute session – $40
Booking & Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe at the time of booking. After booking, you’ll receive an email with the Zoom link and instructions on how to cancel if needed. All bookings are final: cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice for a refund. No refunds are available for completed sessions or clients who violate service boundaries.
